By accessing or using Get Food Truck ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Get Food Truck is a marketplace that connects event organizers ("Schedulers") with food truck operators ("Truck Owners"). We facilitate bookings but are not a party to any agreement between Schedulers and Truck Owners.
You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Booking requests are subject to acceptance by the Truck Owner. Subscription fees for Truck Owner accounts are processed via Stripe and are non-refundable except as required by law. Get Food Truck does not process payments between Schedulers and Truck Owners directly.
You agree not to misuse the Platform, post false information, harass other users, or attempt to circumvent security measures. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or availability of any food truck listed on the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Get Food Truck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
